I just released this theme I have made. It is XHTML 1.0 compliant, and I included some pnForum templates as well.
For users of the new IE7.0, I have added a link to the header for the backend.php file. If you install xBackends.php as well, it will give an additional Atom feed with a little more detailed info about every News item.

Here is a theme with a lot of functionality.

First of all there is the javaticker in the header. It gets its info from the local RSS feed (backend.php), but if you install xBackends.php from this site you will get a little more information like Atom and RSS 0.91 feeds as well.
